The Cigar Life

 J uly 2026 I had a fair share of bourbon that trip. It always goes so well with a cigar.  I fell into the habit of having a couple of these every night along with my cigars.  That'll be another change to make once I'm home. 

  Down to Arizona recently to visit Dale's family. Had one day with John and Dianne before they took off for a trip.  We watched their cats.  And got to spend a lot of time with Brenda and Irv.  I smoked a lot of cigars out by the pool. Just about one each night.  I got really spoiled.   I'm gonna have to cut back onece I'm home. 

 Wednesday, June 17, 2026 Dianne sent me the above text earlier today. John wanted her to mention a cigar store recommendation he had for me for when we're visiting in Arizona. Dale said it's not too far from where we often clomp around.  Looking forward to checking it out and getting some cigars to smoke by the pool.

 Wednesday, December 25, 2024 Glorious and relaxed Christmas Day. Lit up an Arturo Fuente around 1:30 pm.  Didn't change out of my speedo all day.  Wasn't sure what to expect for a Christmas with no cold or snow. Would Christmas still feel the same? Turns out it didn't matter. I did just fine without it.
