Relaxing After School with a Cigar

Image
Thursday, September 26,  2024 Like yesterday I fit in another cigar after work. The weather is just too beautiful to pass it up.                       I had Bing AI write a paragrapb about it. I've modified it slightly.                       "After a long day at work, Joe settles into a chair in the backyard, the warmth of the September aftenoon wrapping around him like a comforting blanket. He lights up a cigar, savoring the rich earthy aroma that fills the air. For Joe, smoking a cigar is more than just a habit; it's a ritual of relaxation and reflection. The slow, deliberate act of puffing on the cigar allows him to unwind, letting the stresses of the day melt away with each exhale. The taste, a blend of spicy and sweet notes, brings a sense of satisfaction and peace. It's a moment of solitude and indulgence, where he can simply be, enjoying the simple pleasure of a well...

Finished Shoveling and a Cigar and a Story

Image
Sunday, March 24, 2024 Finished shoveling, ran inside to get another cigar.  I asked Bing to write another story. This time about a man enjoying a cigar in the garage after shoveling,                            Here's the result: "After a long session of shoveling snow, the man retreats to the solace of his garage, a place that feels like a sanctuary away from the biting cold. He leans his snow shovel against the wall, it's blade still dusted with a fine layer of snow, evidence of his labor. With a sense of accomplishment, he reaches for his prized cigar, a ritual that marks the end of his wintry chore."                            "The rich aroma of the cigar fills the garage, a stark contrast to the crisp outdoor air. Each puff is a celebration, a moment of respite. The smoke swirls around him, creating a dance of shadows against the dim...

Snow and Shoveling and a Story

Image
Sunday, March 24, 2024 We're finally getting a little snow in what has been a mostly snow deprived season.                             We're supposed to get a lot and it's a wet and heavy snow so I'm trying to keep up with it. Lit up a Romeo y Julieta and got started.  I asked Bing to write a story about a man smoking a cigar and shoveling snow. This was the result: "As the man shovels the freshly fallen snow, the chill in the air is temperd by the warmth of the cigar perched between his lips. The taste is rich and full-bodied, a complex blend of earthiness with hints off spice that seems to defy the simplicity of the winter landscape around him. Each draw from the cigar offers a momentary escape, a sensory journey that contrasts the monotonous task of clearing the driveway." "The man finds joy in this juxtaposition: the manual labor of shoveling paired with the indulgent flavor of the cigar. It's a ritual t...
